#BeautyofCanada2018: And the Winner is ……..Miss Nigeria’s Winna Aigbogun

Hospitality management student, Winna Aigbogun from Nigeria was crowned Miss Beauty of Africa 2018 at the third Annual Fundraising Black Tie Beauty of Africa Gala 2018 that held in Calgary, Alberta on the 2nd of June.

Winna beat 6 other beautiful finalists to clinch the crown, replacing the outgoing Sherry Buroker from Sudan.

Beauty of Africa Inc. is a Non Profit Organization that promotes the welfare of all Africans living abroad as well as showcases the beauty of African culture to the whole world through the online magazine: www.beautyofafrica.ca.

Every year the organization hosts a Black Tie Beauty of Africa Gala to connect Africans living in the diaspora through art, performances and an African Beauty Pageant to enrich the cultural fabric of Canada. The Gala is open to all Canadian Citizens and Residents. It promotes a multi-cultural society in Canada and is in line with supporting Canada’s multicultural values. All of the company’s efforts are to support the empowerment and education of African girls and women living in some of the poorest regions in Africa who struggle to access basic human needs.
